Music & Choir

For the whole of our history, sacred music has been central to worship at Holy Ghost Catholic Church. We are proud to conserve the sacred music of the medieval, renaissance and classical periods, as well as situate more modern and contemporary compositions within the framework of true worship.

Rooted in the Catholic Church’s rich musical tradition, our ministry offers both classical and contemporary expressions of faith and worship. Traditional Masses feature choir, cantors, and our magnificent pipe organ, with music inspired by masters such as Mozart, Bach, and Holst, while our contemporary liturgies offer a reflective style of worship. Led by professional music directors, this ministry helps create the prayerful and reverent liturgies for which Holy Ghost is known throughout the Denver metropolitan area and beyond. Throughout the year, we also present sacred concerts that bring beautiful music to our parish and the wider community.

Through the generosity of parishioners and friends, this tradition of musical excellence continues to inspire worship, deepen prayer, and draw people closer to Christ.
